1. Acceptance of terms

By registering or using mcqadda.in, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain extra free MCQs is not permitted.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. MCQ quota and credits

• Free MCQs refresh every 48 hours after your quota reaches zero — this is a benefit, not a guarantee.
• Paid MCQs purchased are non-refundable once added to your account, unless there was a technical error on our part.
• Referral bonus MCQs are awarded when a referred user completes their first login. We reserve the right to reverse rewards if fraudulent referrals are detected.
• MCQ credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn as cash.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute MCQ content from our platform
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to practice MCQs or gain credits
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
• Create fake accounts to abuse the referral system
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Intellectual property

All MCQ content, explanations, and platform code are the property of MCQs Adda. You may use them for personal study only. Republishing or selling our content in any form is strictly prohibited.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay’s terms of service. MCQ Adda does not store your payment card or UPI details.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for genuine technical failures. Contact us at within 48 hours of the issue.

7. Availability

We aim to keep MCQ Adda available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, data loss, or technical issues.

8. Limitation of liability

MCQ Adda provides practice material to support exam preparation. We do not guarantee specific exam results. Use our platform as a supplement to your regular studies.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to any claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
